Q: What areas are served by MSC?
A: MSC serves much of Metro Atlanta, including Cobb, Fulton, North Fulton, and Cherokee Counties. Contact us directly to find out if your home or business is located within our area.


Q: How many people will clean my home?
A:  That depends on the size of your home. Typically, there are one to three people per crew.


Q: Does MSC send subcontractors to my home?
A: No, MSC sends only company employees to your home. We carry all of the necessary insurance and pay the employee tax.


Q: How long does the average cleaning take to complete?
A: The average residential cleaning usually takes between two and four hours, depending on size and other factors.


Q: Do I need to be home when BMSC arrives?
A: No, there are many different options on how we enter and exit your home, which will be worked out prior to cleaning.


Q: Do I need to supply anything?
A: MSC supplies all cleaning materials and equipment.


Q: How do I make my payment?
A: Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex for your convenience. 


Q: Is MSC licensed, bonded, and insured?
A: Yes - we carry liability, bonding and workers comp insurance


Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Rates are determined by the size of the home. Call us (M-F, 8am-5pm) or fill out our easy online quote form for specific cleaning costs
